Subject: Employment Relations training

Thank you for your enthusiastic response to the call for Employment Relations training. We are pleased to see such strong interest in this important initiative.

Due to the overwhelming number of responses, we have now closed applications for the upcoming sessions. In order to manage the numbers effectively, we will be working on a first-come, first-served basis:

The first 26 respondents in each category will be allocated to the September sessions, scheduled for 10–11 September 2025.

The remaining respondents will be allocated to the November sessions, scheduled for 13–14 November 2025.

Once invitations are sent, we kindly ask all selected participants to confirm their availability as soon as possible. This will allow us to finalise attendance and fill any cancellations from the waiting list.

We are also pleased to confirm that the November sessions are expected to be hosted at the Stellenbosch Business School in Bellville, to better accommodate our colleagues based on that side.

Finally, for those who are not accommodated in these rounds, please note that additional training sessions are planned for 2026.
