Subject: Academic Transcript Recognition for 2024

We hope you had a restful break during the festive season and are now reenergised for the year ahead.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your active engagement in the experiential learning space. Your commitment to your learning and growth has been inspiring. Congratulations on your academic achievements – your dedication and hard work are truly commendable!

It has come to our attention that the academic transcripts of students who graduated in December 2024 did not reflect the experiential learning initiatives. This was due to an NQF system error encountered by Student Information Systems (SIS). Please be assured that the matter is being addressed. SIS has flagged the issue with the vendor, and they are working diligently to update the transcripts to ensure the experiential learning recognitions are correctly reflected. Once this is done, all graduation documents will be reprinted, with the relevant experiential learning activities included.

We are sorry for any concern this may have caused and want to reassure you of our continued commitment to supporting the experiential learning journey. Once again, congratulations on your achievements, and we wish you continued success in your studies and future endeavours.
